Samantha grew up as a performing ballet & modern dancer in Bergen County, NJ and obtains her honors BA degree in Philosophy from William Paterson University. After years of practicing Yoga, she wanted to try something different that would challenge and increase her overall muscle strength.
After a friend recommended it, she tried her first Pilates class in 2017 and never looked back! Samantha accredits practicing Pilates for helping her overcome and manage debilitating arthritis & bulging disc pain in her lumbar spine. She received her 500 hour Pilates certification in February 2023.
Her core focused yet full body class focuses on linking breath to movement and sharing techniques to self correct and execute good form. She wants everyone to leave a session feeling successful and stronger! In addition to her comprehensive training in Pilates, she is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga and Yin styles.
