- All classes and private sessions are by appointment only and run a total of 50 minutes
- All class cancellations/reschedules must occur within a minimum of 6 hours or more before the booked appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the session.
- All private sessions must be canceled or rescheduled within a minimum of 12 hours before the booked appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the session.
- All sauna cancellations must occur a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the session.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your session may be early cancelled and applied to a future visit.
- If only one participant is enrolled or present at the start of a class, the duration of the class will be reduced to 30 minutes.
- All payments and packages are non-refundable and expire automatically 6 months after the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable. No exceptions.
- Cash, check and all credit cards are accepted as valid forms of payment. NJ sales tax will be applied to merchandise products only.
- Introduction packages are for first time clients, with no prior experience ONLY and will expire one month after the date of purchase. All other studio policies apply.
