Jill began her Pilates practice at 14, to gain a competitive edge in her internationally ranked equestrian endeavors, as well as manage her scoliosis. Her love for the Authentic Pilates™ system, as well as the results that it produced spurred her to further her education. Jill completed her instructor certification, in 2016, through the New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program, under the tutelage of world-renowned instructor and teacher trainer, Brett Howard, as well as Philadelphia’s own, Lisa Gadsby. To date, this is still one of Pilates’ most prestigious and rigorous certification programs.
Upon completion, she taught at Uptown Pilates and ModelFIT, in New York, NY. Her clients ranged from high profile supermodels and celebrities to people recovering from injuries and surgeries.
Recently, Jill has completed certifications in both CAFS (Certification in Applied Functional Science) and 3DMAPS (Movement Analysis and Performance) through Gray Institute, as well as the ELDOA method through The Legacy Institute. Jill is now certified through the Titliest Performance Institute. To learn more please see our TPI page.
Jill also holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Delaware. In her spare time, you can catch her restaurant hopping, traveling, or spending time at the barn.
Jill prioritizes the needs and goals of her clients above all else. She hopes to empower those she works with and have a positive impact on their lives, both in and out of the studio.

Natalia discovered her love for Pilates when she was working at a visual effects job that required over 60 hours of desk work per week. Pilates was the medicine for her body. With the love of gymnastics in her young youth, pilates came naturally to her and she quickly realized that she wanted to bring this mind/body connection to others. She began managing a pilates studio in Los Angeles, where she learned under a 2nd generation master instructor of Joseph Pilates. Since then she has taught classes and privates at respectable studios all through out Los Angeles and gained a faithful clientele of all walks of life. She recently moved to the East Coast and brought her love of pilates with her.
Natalia is currently studying to receive her certification in Fitness Nutrition as well as Corrective Exercise.

Valerie was a stay at home mom when she began taking Pilates mat classes. She loved the strengthening and the overall body awareness she gained. Her quest to learn more about the method lead her to a 600 hour Classical training program under her mentor, Karen Pecarsky in her Philadelphia training studio. While she trained as an apprentice in this energetic environment, she worked as a receptionist, taught mat classes and remained on staff as an Instructor for nearly 8 years, working with a broad range of clients. Valerie has a warm and friendly teaching style. She wants her clients to have fun and feel challenged in every session.
Valerie is a NCPT (National Certified Pilates Instructor and a member of PMA (Pilates Method Alliance). She also holds an additional certification for Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Alessandra’s journey started in 2014 after injuring herself at the gym. After months of physical therapy, she continued to deal with a large amount of discomfort. Even getting in and out of the car was a feat. She tried everything for the pain; acupuncture, massage therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, water therapy but nothing seemed to work long term and the pain was still present. Finally a doctor recommended adding pilates to her pain management plan and the rest is history!
For Alessandra, Pilates was the only physical activity after the injury that she could do without pain. After practicing for three months, her core was stronger, she became more flexible and her back did not hurt anymore! She could not believe the freedom and relief she felt from living again. A pain free life was what made Alessandra seek professional training as a Pilates instructor. She is Power Pilates and PMA certified, with over 600 hours of comprehensive training to attest for it.

Donna first started practicing Pilates at age 15 after a doctor had recommended it as a way of managing her scoliosis. She had finally found a form of fitness she enjoyed and has been in love ever since.
She practiced classical Pilates throughout most of her life, but turned to more contemporary approaches when it came to her certification. In 2014 she completed her mat certification through the Kane School of Core Integration, a progressive training program with a focus on biomechanics and anatomy. In 2019 she completed her equipment training through the Drexel Pilates Training Program, under the direction of Jennifer Morley, who studied under both Romana Kryzanowska and Karen Carlson.
Donna enjoys helping her clients learn about their bodies so that they can move with more integrity, strength and ease. Her classes aim to blend explorative, intentional movement with fire in the belly ab exercises!
Outside of Pilates, Donna comes from a family of fishmongers and enjoys learning and talking about sustainable seafood, and food in general! She lives in South Philly with her partner, son and hound dog, Bob.
