I have had psoriatic arthritis for over 15 years, and pilates is by far the best exercise for it. I have had several other instructors over the years at other facilities (some in Florida), but none as good as the instructors at Framework. I have two private sessions a week, and I have already seen significant improvement in the few months I have been going there!
I cannot recommend this Pilates studio enough. Jill is incredible, attentive, kind and amazingly attuned to your specific needs. I feel blessed to have found this place as it is not only allowing me to reach my physical potential but is so healing as well.
this studio saved my life! I was going through an ugly divorce, living in a small apartment, dealing with so much loss and felt so lost and lonely (forget about out of shape and overweight)!! over the course of a year of private lessons mostly with Marissa (who has since moved out of state) I got physically stronger without ever hurting myself or feeling that I was being pressed to do more than I could...since I always felt like I was succeeding I never gave up or felt frustrated! the slow steady peaceful approach of Marissa and now Jill and Donna has brought me to a place where I feel my core muscles again (after 3 C-sects)! I can walk long distances without back pain (bc they have such intricate knowledge of anatomy the instructors helped me rehab a bulging disk better than any PT had!) I even was able to travel to London and Rome and carry my suitcase, etc...I'm 62 but haven't felt this strong since my late 30's!! I can now do classes and have formed friendships bc the studio attracts wonderful people (probably bc Jill and the Kemenosh family are so warm and welcoming!) and the bottom line is it is REALLY fun playing with all those contraptions!!
A month ago I was looking for an ELDOA class and much to my good fortune my search led me to Jill. Ever since that first conversation she has been attentive and helpful. Jill suggested I start with Pilates and I recently completed the introductory course with Marissa. It was amazing. The instruction from Marissa was easy to follow. Her years of practice allows her to see the subtle body movements and make the necessary corrections. I had my first ELDOA class with Jill last week and it was magical. When I left her beautiful studio my mind was as calm as I can ever remember and my body was able to move more freely then it has in years. I could go on and on and yet if I do I'll be late for Jill's 7:00 a.m. Pilates class. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
Jill is absolutely a master of her craft! After having 4 ACL surgeries I am always looking for vigorous workouts that do not cause too much impact on my knees. Jill offered a workout that was tough but so incredibly rewarding. The infrared sauna session after was the absolute cherry on top! Cannot wait to continue at Framework!
Jill is an excellent instructor. She has introduced me to the ELDOA method, which I totally love. I am a personal trainer and professional athlete and Jill has totally show me something new and super helpful in both my career.Loved it. I would recommend everyone (with any fitness level and age) to try her class.
Tried my very first Pilates class and loved everything about Framework Bodies! Jill was very attentive and easy to follow. The Infrared sauna was a great ending to a challenging workout. Can’t wait to come back!
I felt rejuvenated after leaving Framework. Jill's vigorous workout and the benefits of the Infrared Sauna is the perfect combination for my health. After just one session I got asked by three different colleague nurses: "Did you get Botox? Are you Skinnier? You look brighter!" If it only takes one session of Pilates with Jill and the Infrared Sauna to get this many compliments and feel so great I think I've found the fountain of youth! � I look forward to seeing what my continued work with Jill will bring!
Framework's modern boutique fitness feel is something unlike anything else in the area. The studio incorporates some of the newest ideas in health and wellness, such as an infrared sauna and the ELDOA method. Jill's expertise in Pilates, functional movement and ELDOA allows for dynamic, fun, and "tough love" workouts. I look forward to going every time and highly recommend to everyone!
